Purchase co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Infrastructure and Environment Program

The Jagiellonian University has purchased licenses that allow Origin Lab's Origin Pro software to be installed and used on the home computers of UJ doctoral and undergraduate students.

These licenses are time-limited and will expire on September 3, 2024.

Origin software can only be used for non-commercial purposes (e.g., research and teaching).

The Origin program is a package that allows the acquisition, analysis and visualization of measurement data. A number of tools allow the user to import the data and place it in a spreadsheet. The next stage is the processing of the collected data, already done by the user. A number of built-in functions are used for this purpose, while more advanced users can use programming capabilities and create their own analysis procedures using the available tools. Downloaded and processed data can be visualized at any stage of analysis. A set of many types of two- and three-dimensional charts serves this purpose.

A more detailed description of the program can be found on the website: www.origin.com.

Documentation for the program is available at OriginLab Corporation.

Note: the installation CD contains only the 64-bit version of the software.
